Yes, it's David Bazan week (I guess?) here on Toofer Toosday. Here's a song from his solo album "Curse Your Branches." This is a most interesting tune, with some thought-provoking lyrics that can be interpreted in the myriad of ways, especially in light of the spiritual journey Bazan himself was going through at the time of writing this.
I won't post my personal thoughts on what it all means (that's not the point of this space), but take a listen and ponder it yourself, perhaps...
